I had a fantastic dinner with friends at Panalo, and I couldn’t be happier to see a Filipino restaurant finally open in Brighton! From start to finish, the experience was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish packed full of authentic flavors, and the desserts were just as impressive. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure we had a wonderful time. What made the evening even more special was their invitation to enjoy our desserts in the beautifully decorated back room, where there’s karaoke! It was such a fun and unexpected touch, and I can already see this becoming a go-to spot for a great meal followed by a lively karaoke night.
